To clean your phone case, simply wipe it down with a soft, lint-free cloth. For tougher stains, you can use a mild cleaning solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Orders will usually be fulfilled 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Please expect international orders to take longer. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times. Shipping costs also vary depending on location and the size of the order. You can check the shipping cost of your current order by proceeding through checkout and entering your address (you can do this all without placing the order).
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
